Staff were flexible and the hotel was well priced, it had gorgeous location in a great neighborhood. Thoroughly enjoyed a safe, central heating, and a work desk in the room. It met standards. Location: the property was adjacent to three different Metro stops, Malasaña and Plaza del 2 de mayo and tourist areas. I had a nice time at this hotel and would stay here again and again.

I had a fantastic stay at a cozy hostel in a lively neighborhood. The room was small but clean, and I appreciated the fresh towels. While it was a bit noisy at times, I was able to get a good sleep with the help of earplugs. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, even though we had a bit of a language barrier. We verbleven in een hotel in een prachtige omgeving, met een mooi park voor de deur. De locatie was zo handig, want er waren zoveel restaurants in de buurt waaruit je kon kiezen. Het was natuurlijk dicht bij het centrum van de stad Brunssum. Onze kamer was zeer comfortabel en de badkamer was brandschoon. Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en er waren veel faciliteiten beschikbaar, zoals een koelkast en magnetron. We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf!

Het was jammer dat de receptie niet goed te bereiken was en dat er geen calamiteitennummer beschikbaar was.
